Things to know

There are 3 ways to earn rewards from referring an individual/family or employer to one of Table Health services: referring individuals and families for services or memberships; referring participants to courses; and referring businesses to our medical benefits plans.

First, let’s define what a referral is.  An active referral is defined as someone who has paid for the service/membership and has completed their wellness or medical visit or has completed their first visit in membership. 

A non-referral is when you refer someone to one of our services, courses or memberships and they do not complete payment or do not complete their service/initial visit. 

WHAT IS AN AFFILIATE/PARTNER PROGRAM?

Many companies use affiliate programs to promote their programs, products, and services. The affiliate (YOU) promotes a particular offering via web, email, word of mouth, etc. to your contacts.  When one of your contacts makes a purchase and tells us you referred them, you get a reward and Table Health gets a client we may otherwise have missed out on.

TRACKING YOUR REFERRALS

You have received a login for our online course learning hub by email.  Here you will find your unique affiliate link for all online courses. If you are already a student of our online learning hub and have a login you will find your affiliate information when you click on your account information button in the top right hand corner. 

Use your unique referral link when referring someone to any online course.  That’s how we know you referred them.

All other referrals you will need to rely on your contact giving us your name at sign up and completing it on their initial paperwork. If you want the credit make sure this is very clear to the individual/family/company you are referring.  Feel free to let us know via email or phone call if you’re sure they signed up but maybe forgot to tell us about you.

HOW DO I EARN COMMISSIONS?

Refer an individual, family, business to an online course, wellness service, medical service, or membership and receive a gift card of up to $100.  

HOW DO I GET PAID?

Once the refund period has closed (varies for program), you will receive your gift card in the mail.

HOW DO YOU TRACK MY REFERRALS AND SALES?

For all online courses this will be tracked by your unique affiliate link found in your dashboard.  All other referrals will be based on your contact stating they were referred by you at time of service and on initial paperwork.  

DO I NEED TO DISCLOSE THAT I AM GETTING A REWARD FOR THE REFERRAL?

Yes.  One of our core values at Table Health is transparency.  Be honest and direct in your messaging (see examples) that you do receive a gift for the referral.  Read more on this here. 

HOW DO I LEARN ABOUT THE PROGRAMS?

A knowledgeable affiliate is a successful affiliate.  Keep current by visiting our website regularly, reading all communications from Table Health, and asking questions.
