In this hands on class, you’ll taste several flavors of sauerkraut and create your own blend from a variety of vegetables, herbs, spices and fruits. You’ll take away an understanding of how fermentation works, why it is safe, the health benefits, and your own quart of homemade artisan sauerkraut.
