Come join us at Table Health for a breakfast class on Saturday, Feb16, 10-11:30am, Registered Dietitian Carol Bell is making meals designed to calm and ease the digestion. This meal is a model for an eating plan that can help you identify food triggers, reduce inflammation and improve nutrient absorption. Participants will receive recipes and delicious tastings of multiple courses. All recipes are gluten and dairy free.
These meals are appropriate for reducing digestive symptoms of: celiac disease, Crohns, colitis, GERD, IBS, heartburn, migraines, allergies, intolerances, bloating, autoimmune disorders, eczema, psoriasis, joint pain, fibromyalgia, weight gain, or other inflammatory conditions.
