Happy Gut Dinner Party

The Happy Gut Dinner Party at Table Health on Tuesday, February 5 from 6-7:30pm. (We rescheduled the class from Jan 29 due to inclement weather). Registered Dietitian Carol Bell will create a dinner meal that is designed to calm and ease the digestion. This meal is a model for an eating plan that can help you identify food triggers, reduce inflammation and improve nutrient absorption. Participants will receive recipes and delicious tastings of multiple courses. All recipes are gluten and dairy free. These meals are appropriate for reducing symptoms of: celiac disease, Crohns, colitis, GERD, IBS, heartburn, migraines, allergies, food intolerance, bloating, autoimmune disorders, eczema, psoriasis, joint pain, fibromyalgia, weight gain, or other inflammatory conditions.
