4-week Prenatal & Postnatal Yoga Series

Join us for a yoga series of four Saturdays – February 2, 9, 16, 23 with a supportive community of new and expecting mamas. Specifically designed for the bodies of women journeying into motherhood. Prepare physically, emotionally and spiritually for the birth of your baby and rebuild strength postpartum, nourishing and connecting within for you and your baby.
This 4 weeks series in February is in the Table Health Movement Studio 11-12pm. The cost is $60. Please contact Naomi Cole at firstname.lastname@example.org to pre-register to save your place.
Instructor Naomi Cole is registered through yoga alliance E-RYT 200, RPYT, YACEP. 90 hour prenatal yoga trained and certified level 1 & 2 through Mama Tree prenatal school of yoga in San Francisco CA. She has had 25 hours postnatal yoga training and is certified through Toronto Yoga Mamas school of Toronto Canada. She is a birth and postpartum trained and certified Doula.
